Our company currently stands out in the field of CERAMIC COATINGS for a series of pieces with pearly reflections of its own production that already cover buildings in London, Qatar, the United States, Mexico or Korea , among others.
This new line, like any project developed in our laboratories , can be adapted to the needs of the new times, to the peculiarities or demands of any unusual project to make it unique and unrepeatable.
The pearlescent technique can be applied to any piece or enamel, obtaining metallic reflections depending on the angle of incision of the light. It is a spectacular effect that gives the enamels an unmistakable metallic appearance. Also, this This technique is developed on vitrified ceramic materials with a low porosity index, which gives it a great resistance to bending and frost. Our formats can also be supplied for ventilated facades , both with visible and hidden hanging clips.

Formatos
La técnica IRIDESCENT se aplica de forma semiartesanal sobre cualquier formato, generando reflejos iridiscentes únicos en cada pieza, cuya percepción varía según el ángulo de incidencia de la luz. El resultado es un efecto espectacular que otorga a los esmaltes un brillo metálico inconfundible y un carácter singular, aportando a las fachadas IRIDESCENT una vibración visual única.
Además, desarrollamos formatos personalizados adaptados a su proyecto, garantizando un resultado exclusivo y absolutamente original.
Material
IRIDESCENT está desarrollado sobre materiales cerámicos gresificados de alta densidad y baja porosidad (0,1% /0,5%), horneados a alta temperatura (1.200–1.300 °C - 2,192–2,372 °F). Ésto confiere a esta serie porcelánica especial, una gran resistencia a la flexión, al cuarteo, a las heladas y al choque térmico, entre otras cualidades, garantizando su perdurabilidad.
Además, la formulación de su esmalte está preparada para mantener sus efectos estéticos a pesar del paso del tiempo y los factores climatológicos.
Usos
IRIDESCENT puede ser usado tanto para revestimientos exteriores, como interiores. Se puede realizar en múltiples dimensiones y mecanizarlo para fachadas ventiladas, o simplemente pegarlo con morteros/pegamentos especiales para este fin. Además, puede ser biselado para resolver uniones angulares en esquinas o puede aplicársele en el reverso una malla para reforzar el sistema de cuelgue.

Nuestros laboratorios especializados, emiten de manera específica, los certificados de los ensayos técnicos realizados como garantía de sus altas prestaciones. También se acompañan de instrucciones de manejo, tratamiento y conservación según características del proyecto donde será usado nuestro producto.
